If you choose Faroe Islands or Greenland, the Danish Moms is automatically deducted from the total amount of the order and the correct postage expense is added.
EU (including Sweden)

If you choose EU or Sweden the correct postage expense is added to the total amount.
Countries outside EU (including Norway)
All orders are posted by Post Danmark at the current postage rate.
A handling fee of the equivalent to Dkr. 10,00 (incl. moms) covering packing expenses will be added to all orders.
When the transaction of your order is commencing, you will be asked to choose way of payment and country of destination.
If you choose Non-EU or Norway, the Danish Moms is automatically deducted from the total amount of the order and the correct postage expense is added.
You will always be able to keep track of your order by logging in to you account.
Returns:
According to Danish Law, you may regret your purchase and return the items, at your own cost, within 14 days.
We ask that the item be returned in the original and un-opened wrapping, and that possible protective packaging
is not opened. We ask this of you because we cannot re-sell an item as "new" when the wrapping has been opened.
We hope you can appreciate this.
Should you want a refund on return of the item, it will make the transaction easier if you provide
us with information of you bank account or PayPal account.
We shall refund the amount on the day we receive the un-opened returned item.
Complaints and guarantee:
According to Danish Law we have to offer 2 years of guarantee towards defects in workmanship on all products. This may seem odd considering the products we sell
but of course Yellowhouse Miniatures will replace a defective item. In case an item is defective please contact us immediately upon receipt and we will try to find a solution.
We do, however, reserve the right to settle a complaint by refunding the price of the item.
The postage expense in these cases is paid, upon agreement, by af Yellowhouse Miniatures.
